In 2025, we shipped a new way to handle wallet transfers that allows you to carry your cost basis date and price to the destination wallet. This allows you to realize long-term gains instead of short-term in some cases, and provides a more accurate accounting overall.
To use this new feature:
Select both transactions by clicking the checkbox next to each.
Select the "internal transfer" button in the small pop up modal.
Recalculate your account.
