If you wish to have your information removed from our records, send us an email to team@awaken.tax with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name (or as shown on Awaken), as well as your registered email address, and any other details that may help us identify your account.

We're committed to processing these requests promptly. You can expect a confirmation of your account deletion within 72 hours of receiving your email. This ensures that your personal information is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with the CCPA guidelines. If you have deleted your account, all your data will be removed from our system so we won’t be able to send you any of your data.
